If you are in a situation where you have been left out of someone’s Will and you believe that you have an entitlement to receive some of their Estate than it is even more imperative that you receive expert legal advice as soon as possible. If you do not act within six months of the date Probate is issued than you may be stopped from making any claim on the Estate. It is possible to challenge a Will if you have been left out of the Will or not fairly provided for; if you believe that the Will is grossly unfair or if you have reason to believe that when the Will was made the person was not in a sound state of mind i.e. suffered from dementia.
